We’ll kick off the afternoon with a full immersion experience at my partner chocolatier’s workshop. At her workshop in Montagne-Saint-Émilion, she’s sure to share her passion for cacao with you!

• Activity: You’ll work with the chocolate, choose your ingredients, and make your own bar from start to finish.

The Art of Pairing with Biodynamic Wines

Once your creations are finished, we’ll head to a nearby vineyard run by talented young winemakers. This is where our two worlds come together:

• Tasting: Learn how to pair your chocolate bars with the estate’s biodynamically grown wines.
• Sensory experience: I’ll guide you in understanding how tannins, aromas, and textures interact to create the perfect pairing.
