Day 1: Get your taste buds ready!
Arrival in Bordeaux in the morning. Our local representative will be waiting for you at Gare Saint-Jean to give you your travel booklet, which includes your itinerary as well as our recommended spots and tips. After dropping off your luggage atthe hotel, your guide will take you on an exclusive “food tour” to discover Bordeaux’s specialties. Canelés, “Dunes blanches,” foie gras… You’ll explore the city through the eyes of a food lover!
The highlight of your tour: a masterclass dedicated to Aquitaine caviar. Sit back, relax, and savor four varieties of organic caviar produced in Aquitaine, paired with champagne and vodka. You’ll discover all the nuances of caviar and how it’s made, through an educational and gourmet experience.
For dinner, take your pick: would you like to try a young Michelin-starred restaurant? Sample the cuisine of a world-renowned chef? Or savor the dishes of France’s most famous chef? We’ll help you decide if you’re undecided and make the reservations for you.
Day 2: Awakening the Senses
Depart in the morning with your driver for Sauternes. You’ll be welcomed at a Château cru Château cru in 1855, where you’ll discover the subtle art of Sauternes winemaking. You’ll then have lunch at the Château restaurant, where you’ll experience surprising food-and-wine pairings featuring Sauternes. (Choice of lunch at a bistronomic restaurant or a Michelin-starred restaurant).
After lunch, take a stroll along the banks of the Ciron, the magical river responsible for the sweet wines of Sauternes and Barsac, then cross the Garonne to reach Cadillac.
At a young winery, you’ll put your senses to the test with a blind tasting. At the heart of the experience: three wines revealed solely through their texture, aromas, and character. Without any visual cues, you’ll develop your intuition and olfactory memory while refining your sensitivity.

Day 3: You're the chef!
